e-Fitness & Wellness members will have access to the exclusive TechnoGym Wellness System, our “Well Key.” This state-of-the-art software is designed to help its users properly maintain and utilize their exercise regimen using a personally customized chip that plugs into resistance, cardio, and Kinesis machines.

The Well Key keeps track of your goals and even benchmarks important results. It can also provide you with a detailed graphic view of your results and performance while training. Using this system, members can create their own personal training programs based on their goals or work with staff to develop a custom program.

The Well Key system provides access to four different interfaces, each providing a different level of assistance:

Wellness Expert
The Wellness Expert is the most in-depth interface, specifically designed to help members achieve their total wellness goals faster and easier than through other methods.
The Wellness Expert provides the following:

• Video clips of correct exercise techniques for all equipment, classes and activities
• Touch screen
• Access to training program information, as well as messages from instructors, trainers, etc.
• Downloads workout results at the end of the workout, including calories burned, distance covered and weight lifted
• Graphics/images to view performance to compare with goals
• Measures personal data, including weight, body fat and blood pressure

Wellness Mate
The Wellness Mate can be very beneficial to your exercise goal and keep you on track, performing the following functions:

• Remembers the loads to be set and repetitions to be done
• Records and remembers equipment settings
• Helps guide the right range of motion, speed and resting time
• Records weight lifted
• Shows members their next four activities
• Helps functionality and motivation

Isocontrol
The Isocontrol interface is similar to the Wellness Mate, offering the following functions:

• Remembers the loads to be set and repetitions to be done
• Records and remembers equipment settings
• Helps guide the right range of motion, speed and resting time

The Isocontrol differs from the Wellness Mate by only showing members their next workout and requiring members to manually set their weights.

Feedback Point
The Feedback Point allows members to check, add or modify an exercise as well as records an activity, class and free exercise.
