personal training program is an individualized fitness program,
designed and implemented by a personal trainer to address specific
needs and health principles resulting in increased confidence. this
lifestyle change is made available by your personal trainer in an
environment that’s educational, non-intimidating, exciting and, most
importantly, fun.
personal training is for you if:
- you want to get in shape and have fun doing it.
- you are new to e-Fitness & Wellness and have no idea how to use the equipment.
- you are bored with your old workouts and need some fresh ideas.
- you are training for a specific sport and need some cutting-edge training methods.

initial consultation:
a free consultation with a Personal Trainer is available and necessary
to discuss goals and any health specifics that may need to be
addressed. if a physician’s clearance is not required, you will be
given a trainer based on your personality, goals and interests. your
personalized trainer will be in contact with you within 48 hours to
schedule an appointment.
session duration:
personal training sessions are up to an hour in length, starting from time scheduled.
late policy:
trainers are required to wait 15 minutes for clients. after 15 minutes,
the trainer has the option to start the session, reschedule or submit
the session as used.
package expiration:
all personal training sessions expire six months from date of purchase.
all sessions are tracked when used, and the client will be notified
when training package is close to completion or expiration. all
training packages are non-refundable.
package renewal:
packages and sessions must be paid in full prior to training. upon
completion of a package, you must purchase a new package before
resuming training.
cancellation notice:
clients are asked to call at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled
training session. failure to call your trainer or the front desk may
result in a lost session.

have a strong belief in pursuing optimal physical fitness and total

exercise including positive body composition and reducing the risk of
disease. I am particularly interested in working with individuals with

bodybuilding competitions and competitive running. However, I was
sidelined with a career ending back injury in 2001. I have

I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi
with a 4.0 GPA in exercise physiology. I was fortunate enough to

helping Forrest General Hospital’s Live Well Center achieve “Top 1
percent in the nation in patient satisfaction.” I am a former
college track and field athlete. In my spare time I enjoy
fishing, playing music and spending time with family. My
