e-Fitness and Wellness offers 60+ Group Exercise classes per week to help you achieve your health/fitness/wellness goals. If you have always wanted to join the fun of a boot camp, kickboxing, step, or Body Fit class, try one today! Or challenge yourself in a cycling class on our specialized Keiser bikes.
Because fitness requires a healthy mind as wellas a healthy body, e-Fitness and Wellness also has Yoga, and PlyoFit classes in the Mind Body Room.
