e-Fitness & Wellness strives to provide the optimum combination of enlightened wellness facilities and highly-qualified staff with premium service and convenience at an affordable rate.  We value your time and current life situation. We make our services and facility to best fit your individual needs. Life is about choices, so we are committed to bringing the maximum amount of choices to our members in one facility.

From kids to seniors -- from advanced body building to patient rehabilitation, we offer a wide range of programs to fit our members' needs. We know that by combining all age groups and fitness levels we will achieve the balance needed for your health.

THE eFITNESS EXPERIENCE

Once you enter eFitness & Wellness, you’ll immediately feel refreshed and focused, relaxed but energetic. The atmosphere is airy and expansive and carefully integrated into its landscape. The beautiful, breathtaking interior and lush plant life evoke a concept of wellness while glass walls overlook a 35,000 sq. ft. outdoor recreation area complete with 3 pools, a whirlpool, cabana bar & grill, and an outdoor eatery.

As a member of e-Fitness & Wellness, you'll enjoy so much more than a conventional "gym" membership. At the "e" you'll have access to facilities and activities that will contribute to every aspect of your personal wellness: eateries, aquatic activities, entertainment, education, social activities, and so much more!
